Lock and reset a macOS device
Prerequisites
- Access to KACE Cloud portal
- Enrolled personal or company-owned macOS devices
To lock and reset a Mac, a 6-digit PIN (Find My Mac Pin) code must be provided. The code is located in the Device Details section under Security. To trigger the PIN request code field for an enrolled Mac, select the device, then click Lock in the right panel.
